Jeff started the Schuman Centre for European Studies in 2010 after serving as the European director of YWAM for twenty years. He is originally from New Zealand where, in 1973, he was a travelling secretary for TSCF, the IFES movement there. He has lived in the Netherlands since 1975 and, with his Dutch wife Romkje, has three married sons and (soon) eight grandchildren. Jeff has travelled and spoken in almost every European country. Since 2017, Jeff and Romkje have been living in the heart of Amsterdam where they continue to run courses and events, write books and blogs, lead tours, and go boating on Holland’s canals.
