The Evangelical Alliance Week of Prayer is an old but golden tradition. Going back to the year after the launch of the Evangelical Alliance in 1846, it was one of the agreed initiatives that came out of that founding conference and has since been celebrated every year across Europe.
In 2025, the Week of Prayer (WOP) has the main theme ‘Contend for the faith’. Thankfully, the Italian Evangelical Alliance has once again produced the material for the Week of Prayer, which is available on this page. In addition to some recommendations for hosting a prayer meeting during the Week of Prayer, devotions, as well as thanksgiving, confession and request prayers are offered for each individual day of the week.

The development of this year’s WOP material has been coordinated by a project team. Members of the project team are Lucia Stelluti Piccirillo, Salvo Bonaccorsi, Rev. Dr. Matteo Ricciardi, Sergio De Blasi, Riccardo Leonetti, Marco Cocuzzi, Manuel Morelli and Giacomo Ciccone.
On this page, you will be able to download the material for the WOP 2025 in different languages. For the moment, the WOP 2025 material is only available in English and Dutch. If you have made a translation into your language, please send it to the EEA office, so it can be made available on this site.
