Bridge 2015, 20-24 April 2015

Do you know Christian politicians or journalists interested in the evils of human trafficking & sexual exploitation? Would Evangelical Alliance staff & volunteer like the opportunity to learn more about these issues and interact with Christian experts? The European Freedom Network is running its 3rd major gathering, Bridge 2015, 20-24 April in Bucharest. We are expecting more than 100 EFN partners from across Europe, working in prevention, outreach, aftercare, intercession or advocacy. And our speaker team includes world experts on human trafficking. One day will be spent on the bridge to the world. Kindly hosted by the Romanian Parliament and in partnership with ECPM, we will participate in strengthening Romanian cooperation to fight human trafficking. We will also consider how NGOs can officially partner with their authorities in service delivery and how they can work with politicians to improve policy and practice on trafficking and prostitution. This bridge to the world day is open to Christian politicians and journalists. It will be the opportunity for mutual learning and strategizing between visitors and EFN partners in order to improve policy and practice at both national and European level. Conference details are available at http://www.europeanfreedomnetwork.org/bridge-2015/ Please contact Jennifer Roemhildt Tunehag or Julia Doxat-Purser if you know of political or media friends we should invite.
