New Affiliate Member: Evangelical Alliance of Arabic Speakers in Europe

Welcome our new Affiliate Member, the Evangelical Alliance of Arabic Speakers in Europe (EAAS-Europe)!

EAAS-Europe was founded on 14 February 2009 and operates in Bonn/Germany since 2012. Inspired by the prayer of Jesus in John 17:11: “that they may be one”, several church leaders put the vision of building a network that connects Arabic churches and Arabic evangelical ministries across Europe into practice. EAAS-Europe does not engage in political issues, but rather aims to unite, encourage and support churches and church planting in Europe. This is achieved through the provision of training measures and counselling, outreach and financial support. Furthermore, the association holds conferences for church leaders and members and strives for a greater visibility of its members through its online platform and the publication of member material. Another large field of activity is the association´s engagement in the work with refugees and the cooperation with churches on the issue of migration and integration.

Today, EAAS-Europe consists of 116 members from 11 European countries, including Germany, France, England, and the Netherlands. Its members are churches, small groups, evangelical ministries and pastors, conducting ministries among Arabic speaking people in Europe. President of the association is Elia Daoud, who has been living with his family in Germany for 19 years.

We look forward to good cooperation with EAAS-Europe and are excited to see what God is doing through this collaboration!
