We warmly invite you to the EurECA conference 2018, “The impact that Christian educators can have within a nation” over Ascension weekend (May 10-13) in Sofia, Bulgaria. The main speakers of the conference will be Prof. Dr. Detchko Svilenov (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Medical University of Ulm, Germany) and Dr. Ken Badley (Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta). There will be also a number of workshops presented by EurECA conference delegates on a variety of topics relevant to Christian educators from all nations. It is our great joy to encourage, network and build faith among those educators who desire to bring change to education in their towns, cities, regions and nations. The plenary speakers at this conference will provide us with the stimulation so that we can explore the question ‘how do we do this impossible thing?’. With God’s help we shall begin to find some answers. You will be encouraged by the teaching and by sharing with other Christian teachers and educators from many countries. If you would like to give a short presentation about your country, please let us know through the registration form. Being held in a hotel facility, we need to know the number of participants as early as possible, so, we encourage you to register for the Conference before March 31, to take advantage of the special “early bird” rate. If the costs seem unaffordable to you – there is the EurECA Support Fund. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, but no later than January 31, if you would like to receive financial support for attending. – On the other hand, if you are on the wealthier side, please consider making a donation to this fund.
