As you may be aware, Hope for Europe – Women in Leadership has been a network of the European Evangelical Alliance (EEA) for several years. We are dedicated to empowering women leaders across Europe by hosting a biennial conference in a different European country each time. In 2023, we gathered in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, for a time of inspiration and connection.

We are excited to announce that our next conference will take place from October 8 to 12, 2025, at a beautiful hotel in Budapest, Hungary.

Our History The Hope for Europe – Women in Leadership network was established following the fall of the Iron Curtain, when the EEA, the Lausanne Movement, and AD 2000 united to connect with brothers and sisters in Eastern Europe. Several Hope for Europe networks were launched during that time, and our network has continued to thrive ever since.

As outlined in this booklet about the Women’s Commission of the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), our network proudly serves as the official regional representation of the WEA’s Women’s Ministry in Europe, known as the WEA Women’s Commission of the EEA. We are committed to collaborating with women from the global WEA family and inspiring women across Europe to step into their calling.
